A big winner in his youth ;Royal Welsh Reserve Male Champion and Champion at the Great Yorkshire – . A prolific sire of top brood mares - his daughters Tlws and Caran were sold for  3,000 and 2,000 at  Fayre oaks sale. Rembrandt also sired the lovely  colts  Pur, Pasiant,  and Pingu when put to Pennwood Santa Monica. Rembrandt now stands at the Glenhaven Stud U.S.A

RHOSON SHEM (UK)  -
GRANDSON OF DOWNLAND REMBRANDT

In his final public appearance under saddle at Olympia, SHEM was  named Best of Breed and therefore receiving the Moelgarnedd Trophy from the W.P.C.S. for the best of the Welsh Section B ponies competing in the prestigious National Pony Society Championship

Unbeaten when shown as a yearling including winning the Royal Welsh .Shem also won a WPCS Bronze medal and qualified for the New London Gold Championship. During the Spring 2004, Shem won the £100 stallion class at Lampeter Stallion Show as well as the breed championship at Glanusk Stallion Show and Ridden Welsh Champion at the National Pony Society Summer Championships as well as qualifying for the Horse of the Year Show in-hand and under saddle, believed to be the first time a Section B pony has achieved such distinction.

Shem was named as Male and Overall Champion Welsh Section B at the Royal Welsh Show 2006, also claiming the Cuddy Championship and therefore qualifying for the Horse of the Year Show for a second time. Smokey Black ( carries the palomino gene), 13.2 hh. Condor is the rising star. He carries all the wonderful Downland bloodlines and will enhance the Glenhaven breeding program.  He has a kind disposition and an incredible top line including a lovely long neck. 

In the 2009 season, out of 7 mares, Condor has produced 4 palominos  one buckskin, one possibly, smoky black and one chestnut. He is producing over 90% color.
